Valay Buch is the Founder and driving force behind APV Finserv. As a Certified Financial Goal Planner (CFGP®) and AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor, he is known for his ethical, Objectives-based, and client-first Guidance approach.
Before establishing APV Finserv in 2021, Valay brings over 25 years of corporate leadership experience with reputed organizations such as Vodafone Idea, Idea Cellular, Airtel, and Random Access, where he led customer service and operations functions. This strong service background reflects in APV Finserv’s culture of responsiveness, discipline, and long-term client relationships.
IRDAI-Certified Insurance Professional
Pooja Buch heads the Insurance Vertical at APV Finserv and plays a key role in designing comprehensive risk protection strategies for clients. She works closely with leading insurance providers to ensure clients receive suitable coverage along with reliable claims support when it matters most.
Along with her insurance expertise, she also oversees important internal functions including Human Resources and Administration, ensuring smooth operations and strong service delivery across the organization. Her disciplined and people-focused approach strengthens the foundation of APV Finserv’s client service model.
Chartered Accountancy Student, ICAI
Aditya Buch represents the next generation of leadership at APV Finserv. He is currently pursuing Chartered Accountancy from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and is actively involved in strengthening the firm’s financial, compliance, and process frameworks.
With a strong focus on technology, reporting systems, and operational efficiency, he contributes to building scalable systems that enhance transparency and client experience as the firm continues to grow.
